| Part No. | Load the search window and select the inventory part number and then the line(s) of stock to be changed |
| Description | Inventory part numbers description is listed |
| Quantity | Is the quantity left from the receiving transaction which will be altered |
| Old Land Cost | Original cost price |
| New Land Cost | Type in new cost price |
| Old Supp Cost | Original Supplier Cost |
| New Supp Cost | Type in new supplier cost |
